Slide 4 : Our main suppliers are with the TNs available on the system Try to use this week as the final deadline for raising the EPs of the first recruitment (don’t forget the Induction and review board) Ensure a fast Induction: http://www.myaiesec.net/content/viewfile.do?contentid=10150344 Goals projection:

Slide 5 : 1) Reinforce during promotion that the realization period is June and July (except for the program Multiply your impact –realizations during the whole semester) 2) Ensure that at the application form the months for realization are only as June, July and August 3) During all the process, sell some specific countries and projects and show that these TNs are just for now – you cannot ensure you will have the same opportunities in the end of the year 4) Negotiate with courses coordinators and professors about the absences 5) Sell “Multiply your impact!” product 6) Financial incentives (e.g. discounts / offer health insurance) How to lead with people that just want to go on X in the End of the year:

Slide 7 : Approach new courses and universities (focus on the courses that finish the class in middle/end of June) Check your first round of promotion –What need to be improved? What can we do different? Improve your promotion efforts / increase the tracking Use the challenge to motivate the members (R&R)

Matching Preparation : Matching Preparation Don’t forget the match since you start the second recruitment! Slide 9 : The Induction is the best moment to show the short term LR experiences for the EPs (specially EP managers and LR while X) Time for selection and preparation Define the jobs and timeline of implementation with your VPTM (remember that 1 month of the Q2 has passed) Define who will be responsible to manage the EP managers and virtual LR (according with the job) Soon: national material about EP manager and LR while X - but don’t wait for it to define the points mentioned above ;)

Slide 10 : Time for questions ;) The public university of my city just has 2 weeks of vacation, what should I do? Should I believe in the Latin America suppliers? How can I realize with Eastern Europe and Africa during winter vacation if the flight tickets prices are higher? … anything else?
