The Days are not allowed for calculation. Actual the Toal Service Period Retirement Date Calculate Process:- Between 3months to 9Months, Counted as .5 Years. And above 9 Months Counted as 1 Year. If an employee's total rended service is 6 years and 2 months,Counted as .5 Years. If 7 years & 9 Months,counted as 7.5 Years, If 8 years & 10 Months,Counted as 9 Years.
