Qigong does not have to be a mystery. It is simply focusing attention on your breathing, alignment, balance and flow. Gentle exercise suitable as a warm up or use as your work out. Can be done seated. Suitable for all levels of Tai Chi players. Join with others and practice the form together. This is a great format for group fitness professionals to incorporate into their repertoire. Healing for the teacher as well as the student.

Description
Beginning stance - feet shoulder width apart, standing aligned, relaxed, breathing in the tantien. Form 1: Raise and lower arms; Form 2: Raise and open arms, then close and lower arms; Form 3: Paint the Rainbow: Raise arms overhead, gently wave to the right, palm rotated up, eyes looking at open palm, Slowly and flowingly switch to other side.
Practice flowing from one form to the next and keep the movements slow. Must memorize first three movements before moving on to next lesson.
