Week 1 – Welcome to Africa: cultural orientation, project concept, and HIV/AIDS Knowledge and NGOs visits
Week 2 to 6 – Agenda Design & Delivery: The whole training program should orient the members on the reality of HIV/AIDS in their country for various groups besides challenging them to determine what could be their contribution to influencing behavior change that will result in less people being infected with HIV .
Week 7 – Coach selection / HIV project launch: Each team with the support of the exchange participant must identify a coach for their projects that will voluntarily commit to coaching them on the implementation of their project for a one year period. Each HIV/AIDS team of champions with the support of their coach and the exchange participant will plan to execute their first learning activity of the project.

Slide 39 : Ghana – ASK Project The ASK Project is an EAP(Empowering Africa Program) which is run to raise HIV/AIDS peer educators among Junior and Senior High students resulting in constant awareness on their campuses. All LCs in Ghana run this project (4 LCs + 2 extensions).
Trainings are received by interns from partners on how to educate people around the disease and also relate with people. The interns will train people about the issue. Interns also will raise more partners for training and funds to support the project
