But no vision is worth the paper it’s printed on unless it is communicated constantly and reinforced with rewards. A clear vision allows us to always focus our time, energy and thoughts on doing what must be done in order to achieve our goals and objectives. At this level of empowerment, we are less likely to allow negative drama to block our success. 2. A clear vision will give us direction and clarity. At this level of empowerment, we make effective decisions in our personal and professional lives that support our goals and objectives. 3. When faced with a challenge, a clear vision gives our minds information to process in order to discover solutions. At this level of empowerment, we do not allow negative life challenges to block the successful accomplishment of our goals and objectives. Ramifications of NOT having a Clear Vision: If you don’t know where you are going, how will you ever get there? When we do not have a clear vision that communicates our goals and objectives, we become frustrated, overwhelmed and discouraged. In addition, it dis-empowers us to the point that: 1. We allow negative drama to consume our time, energy and thoughts; at that point, we become scattered and unfocused. 2. We have no direction or clarity, so we make decisions that do not support our goals and objectives. 3. We allow for negative challenges to block us from accomplishing our goals and objectives.
