So this are the EP Recruitment strategies presented at NBM 3 of AIESEC in Belgium. The main outcome is for OGX to diversify its target audiences by focussing on different sub groups such as DT and ET and MT and TT raising. There are some premade projects that students can subscribe to and thus we move closer to our target audience hence setting right expectations and highering the matchibility of our interns

What should I do now??? : What should I do now??? Now after planning the raises, check what is your goal for realizations Plan in which months you gonna realize your Eps and how many of them! You’ve planned your raises and realizations now time to make a detail plan – week by week! Don’t forget to follow it up!

EXAMPLE : EXAMPLE Fucam need to realize 15 EPs With good selection their need to raise 20 Eps So they need to attract around 35 students How to do it: Plan how many DT, MT, TT and ET they wanna realize Let’s say they wanna realize 3 DTs, 8 MTs, 4 ETs Let’s plan by weeks to have a KISS

EXAMPLE : EXAMPLE To realize 3DTs, 8MTs, 4ETs half of selected EPs will come from promotion of the campaign „Take your friend on eXchange” 5 realizations – 3 MTs and 2 ETs 6 realizations – 4 MTs and 2 ETs 3 realizations - DTs

TIPS : TIPS Plan with your coach – raises and realizations (per strategy, EPs background, weekly activities) You need more people in OGX team?
