Building your OC : Building your OC Regular team meetings Find a time that suits everyone and stick to it Send invitations to the meetings Have a specific place with working atmosphere Prepare your stuff (have an agenda) Let someone write minutes of your meetings Not the same person who moderates Have a structure (TODOs at the top, only important things are written down) Define rules and ‘punishments’ You can also delegate the team meeting!
