Help document for Wiziq module

Please follow these instructions for accepting mike rights in the Wiziq Distributed Classroom Module: 1. If u want to speak, please send a request “give me speaking rights” in the chat box. 2. If your microphone is connected and working fine, then you will find the microphone button like this near your name (Active Microphone button with a restricted access symbol). 3. If speaking rights are given, a pop-up window will appear asking you to allow microphone access, so accept the same. 4. Then press the ‘click to allow access to devices to speak’ button which appears at the top left corner of the screen below your name like this… 5. Then click the ‘hide’ button to hide your audio settings pop-up window. 6. When you are speaking, u will notice fluctuating microphone button at the top right corner near your name. Even after connecting your microphone, if the microphone button is inactive like this, then either your microphone is not connected properly or the microphone is not working.
