For your successors: tell them to get in touch with the eject LCPs during SMV!

Always make sure that you are aware of the needs for your next planning days, and that these things are included in the preparation of the chair! Even if its a person who has a lot of NST or MC experience, don‘t be afraid to adress if something in the preparation from your point of view is not working!

During your planning days, your chair pushes you in a different direction than you briefed him before
Your goal was to increase the awareness of ICX realizations since you are strong in IGX already
Your Chair is pushing OGX a lot, since he also has a strong OGX background and sees a lot of sense in capitalizing on more OGX, especially also since you don‘t have a VP ER at the moment
Although you still wish to stick to more ICX planning, he pushes your VPs a lot towards an OGX focus, and your VPs now start to have divided opinions about whether the focus should be more ICX or more OGX
Please come up with some ideas on how you could solve this issue with your Chair

During your planning days, team conflicts arise, especially between you and two of your VPs
Although you were expecting the Chair to take care of those situations since unfortunatelly its nothing new in your team to have conflicts, your Chair has the strong will to continue with the planning itself in order to prepare you guys properly for the upcoming semester
The Chair advises you to work on the issues in the evening, while the part of the team which is not directly affected could have some free time
This situation goes on for some hours, and most of your EB seems to be fine with it, but you really feel uncomfortable
