All India Test series 2010 Part –IV-A (IIT – JEE Pattern) Instructions and Marking Scheme for the Paper The total time for execution of your preparation is 3 hrs, for each paper of Chemistry, Physics& Mathematics · Section I contains 6 multiple choice questions having only one option correct, each having 3 marks for correct answer, zero marks if no bubble is darken and -1 mark for incorrect answer. · Section II contains 6 multiple choice questions having one or more than one option correct , each having 4 marks if you darken the correct bubbles, zero marks if no bubble is darken and -1 mark will awarded for all other cases. · Section III contains 2 sets of Comprehensions type questions. Each set consists of a paragraph followed by 3 questions having only one option correct, , each having 4 marks if you darken the correct bubbles, zero marks if no bubble is darken and -1 mark will awarded for all other cases. · Section IV contains 2 Matrix match questions. For each questions in this section, you will be awarded 2 marks for each row in which you have darkened the bubble(s) corresponding to the correct answer. Thus each question in this section carries a maximum of 8 marks.
