This program uses an integrated training model to train your employees in real time and online at a convenient time and place for your employees. Please review the attached information to determine how this training program will benefit your workforce. Your sponsorship means designing work schedules that allow the employee to attend each scheduled class, including, proctored lab and test classes 4 times each curriculum year. You also agree to ensure that all fees are paid to IEC on behalf of this employee and agree to provide on the job training as required by the IEC Apprenticeship Standards.
