This program uses an integrated training model to train your employees in real time and online at a convenient time and place for your employees. Please review the attached information to determine how this training program will benefit your workforce. Package Content and Details: Power to Succeed Brochure covers the nuts and bolts of the training program The application is a two page application form o Page 1 is completed by the student applicant to provide personal information o Page 2 is completed by the Contractor to ensure contractor approval of student attendance Payment of $75.00 Application Fee -Required with Application o Note: A Payment of $945 for annual tuition and $529 book fee is due before July 30. Your sponsorship means designing work schedules that allow the employee to attend each scheduled class, including, proctored lab and test classes 4 times each curriculum year. You also agree to ensure that all fees are paid to IEC on behalf of this employee and agree to provide on the job training as required by the IEC Apprenticeship Standards. Each student is required to have computer and internet access. I approve this person to attend the IEC Online Apprenticeship program and believe they will be successful in the program. I understand my responsibilities regarding this employee’s attendance in the course and that all fees are due in advance and that once the employee attends class no refunds or exchanges will be allowed.
