How to Calculate the number of Interns ? You should track down the number of trainings arranged with schools Interns are making the presentation in peers . So you think to find out in the time line of 7 weeks how many training the can deliver . E.g. You have arranged 300 training Each group of intern can deliver 10 training per week , and they have 6 weeks of training = 60 training in their internship So 300 trainings /60 = 5 group of interns = 10 TNs How to Calculate the cost per School ? Finding out the total cost of TNs and the total number of training you calculate the cost per training .And after that you calculate the total number of training per school multiplying with the cost per training Eg 300 Trainings | 10 TNs = 2000 +23VAT =2460 2460/300= 8.2 euro per Training In 1st lyceum of Nafplion there will take place 12 trainings so 12*8.2= 98.4
