How to run DT Project Pocket Recruitment

Step 1. Research and Promotion
Search TN on myaiesec.net, target newly-raised DT TN projects.
Read details of the TN: Country,city, project job role,others, as detailed as possible.
--Try to find out the saling point of these TNs. It could be country, project content, partners, location, etc。--Google pictures of this country, and you will realize it is a very beautiful country, download the pictures. Also search video of this country on youtube.

Promote AIESEC opportunities: Leadership and also taking traineeship in this DT project, wiith very detailed information: Country, city, time duratin, project job role and content, budget, accommodation and meals if covered, visa information. EP fee, how to apply.
With very beautiful pictures of this country, and one small returnee case study.
DT Saling Point: 1. Broaden your vision, experience in new country, new culture, learn new things.
2. working and living with young people from all over the world for 2-3months.
3. Improve your communication skills, leadership skills, cultivate team spirits.

Step 2 Communication with TNs
Send email to TN manager, or call TN manager. Confirm how many EP do they want. Say” I will give you CV in 5-7 days”
Ask if they have more promotion materials and reception booklet, city guide, etc.
Ask details of accommodation, meals.
Traineeship realization time flexible or not.
Step 3; Selection
Meet candidates up for20 min interview, together with your LCP or LCVPTM.
Get to know their motivation and qualification
Why they want to join AIESEC;
Why are they interested in our DT project.
Why they would like to go to this country
Do their parents agree or not, etc.
Their time availability.
Step 4: TN Selection
Communicate again with TN manager and send him/her the candidates CV. Facilitate the interview by TN manager if there is.
Raise the candidate if his CV gets approved by TN manager.
Step 5: Sign contract, summit EP fee, sign EP AN. Match, Induction
Upload the EP form status as new.
Sign the traineeship contract with the candidate, also sign EP AN saying he is willing to go to this DT project.
Match him on the system
Induction to AIESEC going on at the same time.
