You Must Keep 3 No. Of Blank Cheques, Duly Signed By You, With Our Accounts Dept. Another Set Of 3 Blank Cheques Must Be Sent By You. You Shall Ensure The Availability Of Sufficient Balance In Your Account. We Shall Charge A Penalty Amount Of 1000/- In Addition To The Recovery Of Charges As May Be Applied By The Bank, In Case Of Dishonoring Of Cheque For Each Case Of Default. Mode Of Payment :- Good Dispatch Against Advance Payment Only By DD/Cash/Pay Order & F.O.R. Destination Jaipur. Godown, Office Rent Or Any Office Expanses Like Stationary, Telephone, Courier, Secondary Freight Etc. Not Paid By The Company. Stock Management You Shall Ensure Sufficient Stock In Your Godown For Uninterrupted Supply To Your Distributor (Minimum 40% Of Your Monthly Sale) Ultimate Consumer In The Region. You Have To Give Us Your Closing Stoke Statement On The Last Day Of The Week To Enable Us To Plan Our Dispatches To Meet Your Sales Targets. Once The Delivery Of Stock Is Taken By You It Is Your Property. We Recommend You To Take Appropriate Goods Insurance Policy To Safe Guard Against Looses Arising Out Of Such Risk Including Natural Calamities Like Flood, Theft, Earthquake Etc. Taxation To Do A Business It Is Necessary To Follow All Govt. Norms Hence It Is Important To All Franchise Holder To Take All Necessary Permission Of CST/RST No. Or Any Other Such Norms Applicable In That Particulars Area Of Region In This Case Expenses Will Bare By The Franchise Holder And Liable To Any Taxes If Applicable On Its Own To Govt. Skytouch Multinet Pvt. Ltd. Does Not Take Any Responsibility For The Same. Incentive Structure 1% Of Total Turn Over Of Used Point Value(Pv) Will Be Equally Distribute Among All Pickup Center Of Skytouch Multinet Pvt. Ltd. Pickup Centre Can Charges Up To 1.5% As Admin Fees From Distributors Company Is Not Responsible Of That Incentive/Money. Incentive Paid Only On Paid Entries Per Month (Incentive Paid Monthly Basis). Exit Clause Each Of The Parties, Shall Be At Liberty To Terminate This Contract By Giving One Month Notice To Other And On Settlement Of A/C Between Them. Security Amount Refundable Without Any Interest After Three Month Of Exit. Dispute Settlement Any Dispute Or Difference Arising Out Of This Contract Shall Be Referred To The Single Arbitrator To Be Appointed By The Company. The Place Of Arbitration Shall Be At Jaipur. Any Proceeding Of Arbitration Or Any Legal Proceeding Which Ever Emerging Or Arising Out Of This Contract Shall Always Be Subjected To The Exclusive Jurisdiction Of The Court At Jaipur. Termination Illegal/ Unauthorized Activities :- Pickup Centre Can’t Charge More Than 1.5% Of Product Amount. Pickup Center Should Promote Business Activities If Any One Found With Unauthorized Activities Company Can Terminate At Any Step Without Notice.
