Supply and Demand : Supply and Demand In AIESEC MCs and LCs look at the demand and supply before raising forms so that they can match effectively!
When you are graduated, you need to look at classifieds to see the job demand and see where you can have possibilities of employment. When you are recruiting, students will ask you for which type of opportunities are in AIESEC for them, we have 110 countries, but countries can have specific needs How to know the D&S? myAIESEC.net > exchange menu (left) > supply and demand Here you can see what is available in each country or region and internship duration

Cooperations : Poland and Hungary, for students that want to teach English, Spanish or soft skills to students or children.
Brazil, for students that want to work at NGO’s or with communities in need on social problems
Indonesia, for students that want to work on poor schools helping children or in projects related to AIDS.
Argentina, want students that know graphic design or are good with computers.
Hungary and the Netherlands need student that study chemical engineering, biochemistry or computer science

Pushing X+L : Pushing X+L Before going on exchange, during OPS (Outgoing preparation seminar) there should be sessions in which EPs are exposed to the LC reality and how they can contribute when they come back as LRs
During the exchange, EPs should be sent newsletters on what happening in the LC and how they can participate when they come back
After the exchange, returnees should be the first ones approach to take roles such as OCP or Area Coordinators Reintegration is the key in achieving success, this can be planned by a member of Talent Management or by LCVPTM and LCVPX, together they decide the opportunities they will offer Returnees. Why is X+L important? AIESEC wants to offer experiences where members develop leadership and cultural awareness Returnees are the most motivated members, plus they are full with ideas after their exchange

as members of AIESEC you should take both LR and go on exchange, it is up to you to plan how you want to do it. TM or your VP can help you! Why is L+X important? After having a whole term as VP, NST, or OCP is important you give yourself an X XP! In Puerto Rico, members usually do X+L but now L+ R is happening

Share a spreadsheet with your EPs or for your TN so you can easily track what is happening
Promote online! You can promote your TNs/EPs in the Classifieds section or send it to me so we can promote it among LCPs, MCVPXs
Last but not least keep it flexible in terms of country preference! (EP matching)

EP Matching : EP Matching Once an EP is ready to match with a TN, they need to send their EP Acceptance Note and receive the TN Acceptance Note from the Host Country.
This is a contract stating that the EP will go to this country, so make sure your EP understands where he/she is applying to. Tip: Go to myaiesec.net and download the AFT or the RAFT. This is updated every month and it will help you look for TNs fast
EP Realization : EP Realization Once your EP is matched, now it is only a matter of time for the EP Manager to help them with the preparation
The EPs need to send their EP Manager copy of their flight ticket, insurance and new EP buddy in the Host Country.
The EP Manager will also help the EPs with the visa process. This is the most exiting part of the process for an EP, this is when they need support the most
