Tracking : The VP should know everything that is happening in each program Track GOALs achievement (since application goal) and actions implementation If something is going wrong in some program, the tracking will show it and the VP will have some time to execute a contingence plan (eg: start a new recruitment, allocate the gap for other program, etc) Tracking

Tracking of Middle Managers : During recruitment and selection: Daily – weekly  number of applicants, number of interviews and selected EPs During RA, MA and RE: Daily – weekly  number of EP RA, MA and RE During all the process: Weekly  check strategies/actions implementation Tracking of Middle Managers
