Total Gratuity Last Basic Pay Drawn Including Grade Pay Total Length of Service(Not below than 5 Years & More than 33 Years Note:- It is clear that the Total No. of rended service are calculate as following manners and put the Year as per direction:- If the length of service is 6 years 7 months 22 days, it will be 6 years and 6 months (days are not allowed), Retirement Date calculate [ between 3 months to 9 months will be 6 months i.e. .5 years,above 9 months will be 1year.For an example ---- if one who's total rended service period is 9 years 4 months 22 days, the calculation will be made 9 Years and 6 months(days are not entitled) as well as 9.5 years.,if 9 Yrars 10 months 12 days, the calculation will be 10 years. And above 9 Months Counted as 1 Year. If an employee's total rended service is 6 years and 2 months,Counted as 6 Years. If 7 years & 9 Months,counted as 7.5 Years, If 8 years & 10 Months,Counted as 9 Years. Below given the Calculation of Actual Rended of Service:- Put first Joining date and there after put next Date of Retirement from Service.The total length of Service will be appeared in Years and Months.
