Slide 33 : What can I do NOW?
Slide 34 : It is not too late to plan another Review Board before the end of November…
Slide 35 : So try to develop at least 1 partnership and run a small target recruitment
(or use this information to plan your next semester target recruitment)
Keys for success : Keys for success Use a director of partnership in your team
The director will contact different LCs in the country you want to partner with (WIKI)
He will select the best LCs
many position for the same TN
quality of the TN
professionalism of the LC, etc.
3. He will discuss with the TN manager/VP about the job description and the skills and backgrounds EPs need to have to be selected
Slide 37 : He will establish a process and a timeline with the other LC for recruitment and selection of the EPs
He will help the OGX team to recruit EPs and will be the one that can explain in details the internship (job descriptions and requirements)
He will answer the potentials EPs questions and will communicate frequently with the partner LC
7. He will do follow-up with EPs and the partner LC through the whole process (selection, matching and realization)
Slide 38 : If you want to create more than one partnership, use "partnership managers" that will work with the director.
Each "partnership manager" will work for one specific partnership (Step 3-7) and the director will just coordinate everything and do follow-up with the VP OGX
Slide 39 : Even if your Review Board is late in the semester, the matching process will be fast because you will have done the whole work before the recruitment.
Bring strong EPs (strong pre-selection to be sure they will fit with your partner LC criteria's) to your Review Board and match them right after!
Slide 40 : Use the Experience Campaign material to promote those specific countries.
Don't wait too long, so your new EPs can join your OPS or other pre-departure trainings
