Kellogg Foundation Grant Recipient for online course chemistry.

Technical manager for a company which specialized in producing anodized aluminum in coil form. Job included supervision of waste water and laboratory personnel.
Project work included a new method to save $1,000,000, 1 novel patent for the introduction a new adhesion layer on the back of the anodized aluminum, and cost improvement projects which resulted in less staff with more responsibility and better support to the manufacturing facility.

Developed methods for the successful scale up of lab to pilot to production level processes. Work included systems under pressure with catalysts, distillations and improvement of cstomer methods for waste and cost benefits.

Developed methods of analytical chemistry for corporation. Included new set up of all instrumentation and unique methods for analysis for all materials used in the manufacture of turbine blades.
Instrumentation included DTA, DSC, ICP, AA-ES, AA-AS, IR, TGA, Particle Size analyzers, Hot-MOR studies. Coordinated the methods development group.
