Hello, I am a Certified Life Coach, RN, and mother of four. My specialty is in Spiritual and Emotional Freedom. A big part of being free is loving your REAL self. There is no more profound shift in life than the one that happens when you begin to genuinely love and accept yourself--exactly as you are even without any improvements!
