Here I provided creative direction as well as technical expertise to the design team and their clients. Outside of his traditional architecture education I brought to the team the competence of a graphic designer whose skills were applied to projects ranging in all forms of digital and physical representation.

The primary job was working on the design development of the Cross Street housing project. This project was in the city of Malden and would serve as housing for formerly homeless families. I also helped in the assemblage and design of several presentation boards for various office meetings and firm interviews.

My tasks were very diverse. I worked on construction documents for several government buildings, and later participated in a design study for resident hall additions on the college campus of William and Mary.

I was the co-recipient of this award with Professor Daisy Williams for our ussage of Web Enviroments in the Design Studio.

This Paper was presented and Published in Conference Proceedings of "Architecture Education Forum IV: Flexibility in Architecture Education" at Erciyes University Faculty of Architecture Kayseri, Turkey. The forum was organized with the motive that scholars and practitioners from all over the world will come together in order to interrogate the current nature of architectural education. The paper was juried and selected by a blind paper review.

I delivered the paper at the National Association of African American Studies Conference. The Abstract was juried and selected by a blind paper review.
