I have done my B.Sc (Microbiology) and M.Sc(Mediacl Microbiology)from Shivaji University, Kolhapur, Maharashtra. I completed my Ph.D in Microbiology ( specialization in Immunology from SGPGI, Lucknow in 1997. I availed the CSIR Senior Research Fellowship and the Research Associate Fellowship, before joining as Assistant Professor in 2001 in a college at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. I am working in this position till date and having a teaching experience of 8 years
