Don't Deny Techs CE's for Pharmacists
Jeanetta Mastron CPhT BS Chemistry
Jeanetta Mastron advocated for pharmacy technicians April 2006, to be allowed to continue to take pharmacist CE for professional growth. However; As of Jan 1, 2008 CE must be tagged either T or P at the end of the CE number. How this will affect Prof Growth we shall see.
Congratulations to Jeanetta Mastron CPhT BS

techlectures
Hi Everyone, Tech Lectures is so very proud to announce that one of our TL Forum members, Jeanetta Mastron will be honored this July at the National Pharmacy Technician Association (NPTA) convention in Las Vegas as "Pharmacy Technician Educator of the Year." I have known Jeanetta personally for several years and cannot think of anyone more deserving of this prestigious award. Jeanetta currently is a Program Director of a Pharmacy Technician program in Southern California. She is also an instructor who not only provides information, but also compassion in meeting each individual student's needs. As CE author of "Today's Technician," I would look upon Jeanetta who is the CE editor, to lay the foundation and ensure each CE was geared toward the Pharmacy Technician needs. Many times, she would inform me to be more specific and technical as Technicians need to know as much as possible. Because of her editing and inputting, Today's Technician offers exceptional CE specifically for Pharmacy Technicians. Jeanetta is also well known for her "study group" on the Delphi web site which has helped hundreds pass the national exam at no charge and often times spending hours on the computer explaining in detail questions asked of her. Congratulations to a fine colleague and more importantly dear friend. Respectfully, Joe Medina, CPhT
