Authentic Thai Cooking
More than 20 classes taught since the fall of 2007 to July 2008. Our hands-on - small class size (4 persons max,) - thai amosphere cooking school has received an overall customer satisfaction of 90% rating it either very good or excellent. We are now expanding into offering a virtual versions of our various courses in authentic Thai cooking so that students wishing to learn the art of Thai cooking in the comfort of the own home can learn and participate online.

Mar 2003 - PresentI have developed my own passion for Thai food from having traveled extensively in Thailand over many visits and having spent almost a year in total living there. I have explored the many regions (and the differences in cooking styles), living with the local people in each area, eating as they do, exploring the various markets and food stalls.
I have taken cooking classes in a variety of venues & get lots of practice cooking for my Thai friends both here in Canada and in Thailand.
