• As a hobby Adventure Sports Training (Rock Climbing, Mountaineering & Trekking, Jungle/Cave Expeditions, Para Sailing, Rough Rides etc.);
• Skilled in ‘Mind Skill Games’ & as QUIZ MASTER more than 30 years;
• ‘ANCHOR’ing Skills for varied Programmes
• Histrionic Talents including Drama (Acting/ Directing), Yakshagana ; Martial Artist-Karate (Black Belt Awardee); Practicing and promoting Yoga & Laughter Yoga;

In the last 5 years, offered HRD intervention and development services as a Resource Person / consultant in more than 60 varied organizational interventions/programs (outreached for more than 500 hours) and has been a participant/facilitator/ or resource person in more than 25 State/National Seminars, Workshops, Conferences etc.

Offered consultancy on conceptualization and implementation, training in Mind Skills Games and also functioned as jury for several inter-collegiate Events/Fests/Competitions organized by Under-Graduate and Post Graduate Institutions coming under Mangalore University, Manipal University and VT University.
