About
Dee Proctor
We are your instructors/facilitators for many different classes and also the
POCs for Holloman Circle and former HPS and HP respectively for Silver
Moon Society. Dee was a Solitary Eclectic Wiccan for about 6 years before
practicing in a group setting now for about six years or so with the
Holloman and Silver Moon Circles. Rick, of course, has been familiar
with and exposed to the craft for the same period of time but “officially”
converted to Paganism at Beltaine in 2006. We have both been extensively
trained in the mundane world in mediation, management, communication
and group dynamics (in addition to other more specialized areas
pertaining to our career paths). We have also attended several courses at
Ardantane (www.ardantane.org) in Jemez Springs, New Mexico and will
continue to attend and expand our horizons and knowledge so that we
may share that knowledge and help our ever growing Pagan community.
The instructors at Ardantane are truly amazing and gifted people and we
would encourage each and every one of you to take advantage of their
courses should you have the opportunity!
Rick was in the Air Force for 22 years and is now retired and working as
a civilian. Pagan military issues are his passion and he has an avid
interest in Paganism and the Law. Dee has always had an avid interest
in volunteerism. She has volunteered for dozens of organizations close to
her heart over the years and her deep passion is helping people! She was
employed in the banking industry for over eight years and decided to
pursue her dream of owning her own business and Mystic Wonders (www.
mystic-wonders.com) was born in February 2006. Our storefront business
was open from December 2006-December 2008 but the economy went
BOOM and we went strictly online but still have limited hours from our
home store for those in the local area. Dee has just returned to New
Mexico State full time to obtain a degree in Social Work.
