Dr. Charalambos Vrasidas is co-founder and Executive Director of CARDET, a non-profit research and development centre based in Cyprus with partners around the world. He is also Associate Professor of Learning Technologies and Innovation at the University of Nicosia. He serves on the Executive Committee of the International Council for Educational Media and he is Editor-in-Chief for the journal Educational Media International. He has published 6 books and more than 100 articles in journals and edited volumes.
