About
Bharat Divakar Karmarkar
When I was in standard IX, I pledged to become a teacher and serve in rural India. This was mainly because of a few role models before me like my freedom fighter grandparents and a few elder workers from a few NGOs like RSS.
I worked for nearly 20 years in various rural based schools, starting since I was 19.
To me, the role of a teacher is not restricted to teach a student a particular subject, but it is mainly to identify hidden HR in the learner and to promote the learner work with expertize and dedication in some sphere of life to make a better world.
Thanks to this technology that I can now work for many students from various places hard to travel for me on regular basis.
However, I believe that this technology blended with a few educative excursions with students and a few home visits makes a complete pattern of inputs for a growing learner.
I don't prepare a student for some syllabus. I prepare and execute a syllabus for my student. Success in different exams are just small stations in this long and complete route of personality development.
At present I am executive council member of Association of Mathematics teachers of India.
