For many years I have taught
A) Personal Development courses, and Management Studies in Adult Education and
B) English, Drama and Philosophy for Children to primary and secondary students. I have also lectured in universities, most recently in China.

My doctorate has two versions:
1) The SunWALK PDS (People Development System) for personal and professional development and 2) The SunWALK model of Holistic Education - for use in schools and by teachers to get out of the strait-jacket of the current system - or to work more humanly within the current system.

As such the two versions of the model are used:
a) to support people in companies via coaching and/or training and
b) to support teachers, Head Teachers and schools via training and coaching.

With a variety of experience at all levels of education I decided to in 1992 to 'swim against the tide' and develop a new model of education. Its schools and higher education version is called The SunWALK model of (Holistic) Education. Its personal and professional development version is called the SunWALK PDS (People Development System).
