I trained colleagues and friends preparing for PMP certification. I conducted sessions on individual Knowledge Areas, and my sessions were well appreciated by the audience.

This job involved performing the role of a country manager for the QA / testing team based out of company's India office located in Gurgaon (Delhi/NCR).

I was responsible for managing complete operations of India testing team, including their hiring, training and appraisals. I supervised testing of new product releases, as well as testing and sign off on product hot fixes and service packs. A part of my team also worked on creation and enhancement of automated regression test suite.

I was responsible for managing software testing projects from inception to closure. My responsibilities include effort/size estimation, planning, scheduling, monitoring & controlling, and tracking projects to closure. I was also responsible for a lot of organization activities, including conduct of numerous training sessions on PMP certification, ISTQB certification, and software testing.

I was responsible for complete life-cycle of a project, ranging from requirement analysis to software implementation and user training. I took part in analysis, design, development, testing and maintenance of software. Besides, I took care of all quality activities in my projects.
