I had the responsibility of 3 production units, finance, and accounts. These 10 years helped me to attain a very good knowledge about the in and outs of the ready-made garment industry. It gave me a good insight in Marketing, Especially regional market trends, payment natures, administrative, Accounts (including finalization) and financial functions of an organization. Worked for Catholic Relief Services-an American organization. During this time I could undergo training program’s conducted by eminent management institutions like XLRI Jamshedpur. During this assignment I could travel extensively through the northern part of our country. As an American organization special training was given to me in logistics and documentations. It was a very good opportunity .

Started career as Accountant with “OSWAL AGRO MILLS LTD., Sherpur, Ludhiana a 400 crores Public Limited company. The company was engaged in Manufacturing Soaps using Rice bran oil and had considerable exports to most of the foreign countries. Could Serve them 2.5 years. These years helped me to get a very good knowledge in Accounts including reconciliation between groups, Branches & H.O, Bank and other finalisation of the accounts of a Public Limited Company.
