I developed EmPoworks (TM) Academy to focus on products and services to improve Mind, Body and Spirit. The goal is to provide an experience that provides balance and creates opportunties to excell at this life. We offer: Life Coaching, eCourses, Local and Online training in areas such as: Becoming a Life Coach, Group Facilitation Skills, Train-the-Trainer in Adult Learning Theory techniques to improve the trainer and trainee experience, Leadership Development and Professional Image Development

Our agency provides Nonprofit and Management Leadership training and mentoring; as well as conducts workplace violence risk assessments.

GNESA is the statewide sexual assault coalition designed to support its members, communities, and survivors through building capacity for rape crisis centers to effectively do their work.

Comparitive emperical research looking at the affects of coersion and familial relationships when trying to leave abusive relationships or groups. This research is a qualitative study comparing the experiences of formerly battered women and former cult members for generalizable responses and actions taken to escape the abusive relationships.

This publication is in reference to recreating yourself after forty and the value of using a life coach to accomplish the changes.
