i've became fat when i stopped working..i notice that..and i notice other guy that have big and goodlooking bodies, with big triceps and biceps, with 6 packs..and i imagine my self to become one of them..now..i have that body that i fantasy, and it's hard to maintain my apetite..but i said to my self great body contented life and good health..
