I possess nineteen years teaching experience—teaching mathematics, science, and computer courses. Four years college level experience teaching introduction to computers, computer systems management, and telecommunications systems management .
Designed and currently building the Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA) math program at Lyle Egan High School. In addition to a traditional learning environment, the ESEA math classroom will also utilize various learning centers. The learning centers will provide students opportunities to read from a selection in the math library, work on one of six computers using software such as Geometer’s Sketchpad, explore concepts utilizing math games and puzzles, and gain insight about the world community and history as they learn where, why, and how various mathematical ideas and concepts originated.
