A Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT), Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), Microsoft Office Specialist Master Instructor (since 1994),
International Computer Driving Licence Master Instructor (ICDL) and Internet and Core
Computing (IC3) Instructor.

I have spent over twenty years in the computer industry and local
training arena. I am responsible for the development of the Company’s training services, delivery of training, recruitment and training of instructor resources, and design & development of course materials and manuals.

My proven style of delivery in the classroom and lecture circuit makes it easy for my students/participants to easily grasp and retain the knowledge I share.

To date, I have delivered Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) or customized training in Guyana, St. Lucia, St. Vincent, Dominica, Montserrat, Grenada, Turks and Caicos Islands, Cayman Islands and Jamaica.

I have also been from part time lecturer in Computing Studies at the University of the West Indies (Cave Hill), when my schedule permits.
