APS provides audio / visual presentation solutions for organizations and events such as businesses, churches, schools, weddings etc. using multimedia technologies. As owner/ manager, I am responsible for Operations, Adminstration, Accounting and Marketing.

As Chief Examiner I was responsible for the construction of test papers, marking of scripts and grading the CAPE (Caribbean Advanced Proficiency Exam) for the Management of Business examination for over fifteen territories across the Caribbean over the 10 year period. This was a very stimulating and culturally enriching exercise as it afforded me the opportunity to travel and meet educators from across many different terriotires of the Caribbean.

Collaborated with the ILO in collecting data from Government agencies and other organizations for Labour Market Information study. Subsequently wrote a 3-year Strategic LMI plan for Barbados on behalf of the ILO.

Acted as independent provider of fieldwork services for Heineken's Global Trade Census (Barbados) through my consulting firm Centre for Marketing Excellence (Formerly Axiom Management Consulting)
