Jan 1999 - May 2008As Chief Examiner I was responsible for the construction of test papers, marking of scripts and grading the CAPE (Caribbean Advanced Proficiency Exam) for the Management of Business examination for over fifteen territories across the Caribbean over the 10 year period. This was a very stimulating and culturally enriching exercise as it afforded me the opportunity to travel and meet educators from across many different terriotires of the Caribbean.
