I updated and wrote course materials for instructor led classes on Crystal Reports versions 9, 10, and XI. I also taught Crystal classes. These were contract jobs.

I wrote and maintained 17 user guides and all online help on Relevant's ERP system. I also taught classes on Accounts Payable, Purchasing, and Work Breakdown Structure.

I owned and operated an AM/FM radio combo in Morro Bay, CA from 1993 to 1994. After selling the stations, I started a gourmet food business. I made fruit sauces and sold them at Farmer's Markets and Wineries in the Central Coast of California.

I started as a Manufacturing Systems Analyst and was promoted to Instructional Designer. Then I supervised a training section and was promoted again to Management Systems Specialist. I was project manager for training on the implementation of several new business applications in Space and Communications Group. I also produced instructional videos, computer based training, and self-paced training for my department.
