1. Worked with Cal-on Motors, India for developing their 1000 W Brushless DC Hub motor for Electrical Bike application. Cal-on already into electric bikes business.
2. Given a guest lecture at Hindustan Aluminum Co, India as a part of Training their employees regarding Brushless DC Technology.

Work done & dealing currently:
Working for setting up of Infrastructure for hub motor production in-house.
Worked in Magnet 2D software in analysis of the hub motor performance to keep track of various parameters. Analysed the back-emf , simulated motion and analysed motor performance using the FEM tool for understanding core technicalities of the e-bike motors.
Vendor evaluation for e-bike motors, controllers for our bike models done, by FEM tool ( MAGNET 2D )and proposing design

• Successfully designed and developed the Water pump motor for Hyundai Automobiles. Electromagnetic analysis done for predicting the performance, motor constants before prototyping the product.

• Prediction of performance of BLDC motors done using Electromagnetic analysis (FEM tools) on BLDC products and validated them experimentally.
