Experiential Learning and Performance Research are areas of special interest. Approaches to traditional disciplines like Tantra are integrated to my research activities. The out come of forty years of my personal practices is the finding of SRD(spiritual resources development) as the cocept up gradation of HRD(human resources development). I love herbal gardening and it has harvested good results in finding Life Energy Resources.

I took the residential training under CCMT,Mumbai in the residential college,Sandeepany Sadhanalaya(1975-78) and served the organization as public instructor in various parts of the country(1978-83). Classes and courses on Yoga, Personality Development, and associated disciplines were included in the schedule.

The Orientation Course for lecturers was taken in 2003. Refresher Course I was taken in 2004 and II was taken in 2007. These are taken to fulfill the requirements for getting promoted to Reader Level and Professor Level according to UGC rules(Higher Education).

Edu-care programme for children, Bal Vikas, of the age group 5-18 graded and scheduled weekly. These sessions communicate human values with spiritual orientation.

Center for Interdisciplinary Studies and Research in Sanskrit(CISRS) with Ph.D programme is a part of Canara College, Mangalore under Mangalore University, India. So far my 7 papers are published by this center.
