I handled both Academics and Administration parallel succefully and streamlined the Academic Standards at Alliance. I introduced VC&PE, Retail Banking courses.

I handled two major portfolios of (1) teaching MBA students in courses like Managerial Communication, Accounting, MBFI, Financial Services, MIP, etc and (2) Chairman-Admissions with high success rate. I also handled responsibilities of Hostel Warden, Website incharge and associated with several developmental activities of the Institute during its peak growth period.

As Vice President, I was reporting to the President and Board of Directors while handling all administrative aspects like acceptance of deposits, leasing finance, taxation matters, legal issues, administration, etc at their Bangalore Office. It had operations all over India involving regular travelling to meet the clientele and oversee the overall business development of NBFC.

I worked with this Mumbai-based NBFC to set up its Hyderabad Office; it was a take over unit and I handled the related aspects for a brief period before moving as Vice President of The Vysya Bank Leasing Ltd., a subsidiary of a leading private sector bank viz., The Vysya Bank Ltd for handling its country-wide operations.

WGPL is a 100% Export Oriented Unit at Hyderabad exporting Granite Monuments to Australia, Singapore, Japan, USA, UK, etc. I have handled all areas like exports, imports, administration, banking, etc in this manufacturing unit set up in a backward district of Medak in AP for about three years.

I started my career in clerical cadre in April 1971 at Central Office of Andhra Bank, Hyderabad, AP, India and shifted to SBI after seven months. Worked in different capacities like Officer-Trainee, Field Officer, Accountant, Deputy Manager, Manager and Chief Manager, I retired voluntarily in April 1993. After serving at different branches and regional office, Hyderabad till 1984, I worked in Bank's Central Office, Mumbai.
