Undertaking of customized inquiry session with the client to understand the business model, supply chain and the various modalities involved in the clients business that are detrimental from the perspective of an investor/ franchisee relation.

Engaging franchisers/ business givers for discussions prolonged over procedural formalities and presentations on franchise benefits. On formalization of our relationship I undertake business discussions, which ultimately result in my indulgence with the client on issues deeply concerning with their organization structure, operational details and the commercial modalities involved at various levels.

Inquiries undertaken involved business advisory and consulting to the client along with customized resolutions for anticipated scenarios. These sessions last over four to five rounds of meetings in which we gather all the information needed to create a franchise business model to conclude with as per our consulting service contract.
