Tracy currently travels and teaches throughout the United States and world teaching Islamic Awareness Conferences and speaking on Islamo-Christian Relations, dispelling media sensationalism, sharing on cross cultural expressions and how to effectively build bridges and relationships between Muslims and Christians. Western nations Tracy has taught in, outside the US; include Mexico, Venezuela, Canada, Puerto Rico, United Kingdom and Holland.
Tracy also travels extensively and works in the Middle East, North Africa and the Persian Gulf

Founder, President and CEO – Responsible for maintaining vision and operations for international indigenous NGO in 24 countries in the Middle East, North Africa and the Persian Gulf with multipurpose vision. Internationally responsible for communication with leaders and workers, oversight of new works both nationally and internationally, leadership training, project management, food, clothing and medical projects, economic projects and disaster relief.

Director. Middle East Division – Developed Middle East Division for third largest indigenous assistance organization in the world. Responsibilities included making contact and establishing relationships with groups in closed and restricted access countries, certifying validity of perspective groups, identifying needs, communicating needs to western organizations and individuals through print media, fund raising and sharing in large group settings.
