Conceived, designed and developed a Software Factory. Developed the management planning and control processes, grew from 6 professionals, to 36 and 89 in first, second and third year.
Were at SEI-CMM Level 3.
Business model was to take freshers, and train them in a process factory environment, as against a job-shop, project environment, for large off-site ERP custom development of systems.

Started a Management and IT consulting practice. Consulted for a variety of organizations and businesses in India, Europe and USA.
Developed UdoIT, a framework for management Consulting, re-engineering and selection/development of ERP and IT solutions. The emphasis being on remote, just in time consulting and implementation. Across global geographies.
