I have taught English at the graguate & post graguate level for 31 years. Since my retirement from a regular Govt. job in 2004, I have been teaching Communication Skills to students of Panjab Engg. College, Chandigarh, as guest faculty.

a) Retired from Govt. College, Chandigarh as Lecturer in English on 30.4.2004.
b) Teaching Communication Skills (as guest faculty) to first year students of Punjab Engg. College, Sector 12, Chandigarh, since Aug. 2005.

c) Taught Communication Skills to BCA(Bachelor of Computer Application) students in Gyan Jyoti Institute of Management,Mohali, (India) from Aug. 2004 to Dec. 2004.
d) Employed by language Pro, Singapore, gave coaching in Corporate English

2. 1988-Participated in the Orientation Programme for College Teachers of English, organised by the English language Teaching Centre, P.U. Chandigarh.
3. 1990-Attended Seminar-cum-Workshop on teaching of English Literature in the Indian Context, Dept of English, PU, Chandigarh.
4. 1991-Attended a Six –day Course in ELT for College Lecturers held at RIE, Chandigarh.
5. 1992-Participated in the workshop for the staff editors of the College Magazines organised by PU, Chandigarh.

6.. 2000-Attended a short term training programme on Video Film Production Techniques conducted by the ETV Dept. of Technical Teachers’ Training Institute, Chandigarh.
