About Teresita Mazzei

I attended a one-year English course in Canada before attending High School in that country. After spending five years in Canada, I learned German at the Goethe Institut Rothenburg o.d.T in Germany and then studied English Philology at the University of Heidelberg, Germany. I also have a Masters degree in Geography from the University of Heidelberg, Germany. In Venezuela I have taught Spanish, English and German at different institutions, including the Universidad Central de Venezuela and the Universidad Metropolitana. At the Goethe Institut Venezuela I taught to diverse background students from elementary to advanced level. My students in English and Spanish are also from all walks of life and range from elementary to advanced learners. I have also given private lessons since 1996. Ever since I started teaching about 15 years ago, I have been attending courses in education at the different institutions where I have taught.
