My name is Sushma Sanghi and I am a soft skills trainer/Corporate trainer by profession.

I have a training experience of more than six years. Currently I am in Bangalore.

I have done process training, voice and accent training, communication skills training, customer service training, business etiquette and also leadership and personality development training which includes corporate etiquette, time management, motivation, presentation skills etc.

This project has lead to savings of about $30,000 per annum in each site. <br/>? Developed and enhanced the “Leads Training Module” at Amazon.com to coach leads before taking up a new team.<br/>? Became an “HSBC Certified Call Coach” in the September 2003, this certificate recognizes coaching skills on voice and accent training and authorizes individuals to deliver coach and develop soft skills of Managers and Executives<br/>? First soft skills trainer whose entire team of trainees selected by an international client and received the “Pat on the back” award for the same.<br/>? Selected for the role of “Seasonal Customer Service” Manager to handle a team of 40 associates.<br/><br/>
