About Sushma Sanghi

My name is Sushma Sanghi and I am a soft skills trainer/Corporate trainer by profession.

I have a training experience of more than six years. Currently I am in Bangalore.

I have done process training, voice and accent training, communication skills training, customer service training, business etiquette and also leadership and personality development training which includes corporate etiquette, time management, motivation, presentation skills etc.

I have also prepared course materials and tests in my previous organization.

I was involved in voice and accent and communication skill interviews too.

? Became an ?HSBC Certified Call Coach? in the September 2003, this certificate recognizes coaching skills on voice and accent training and authorizes individuals to deliver coach and develop soft skills of Managers and Executives
