I joined as Reseach Associate-Projcts at (National Institute of Education Planning Management- New Delhi).

I remained associated Teaching and Training of Teachers of Higher Education and I managed the clientage of teachers from North India at Acadmic Staff College (C.P.D.H.E)Delhi University.
