This session would be in continuation with the previous sessions which Introduced Lean and Agile. Vikrama Dhiman would align the principles of Lean and will present a slightly advanced introduction to Agile Software Development.
This session would be useful for all who have some idea about Agile but not a complete idea. This would be a perfect introduction and also clarify some of the core principles around Agile.

Vikrama Dhiman is a well known figure in the Agile Community in India and world. He is a Certified Scrum Master and founded Agile Chandigarh. He has been a course assistant with Pete Deemer and audience in his talks has comprised of employees from Wipro, Accenture, Nokia, Siemens, Chordiant and Infosys. He moderates the Scrum India Yahoo Group. He also conducts various talks and seminars in Chandigarh and India on Agile, Scrum and Lean. As a professional he has experience across the value chain : marketing, sales, analysis, design, development, testing, delivery and management.
