1. Do I need to give credit card
information to get a free plan?
No, you do not need to provide your credit card information if you want to avail a free plan. We will ask for your credit card details only when you decide to buy our premium plans.
2. How does the 30-day free trial work?
Your 30-day trial lets you enjoy all the Premium benefits. If you cancel your subscription during those 30 days, you won't be charged anything. After your trial period gets over, you will enjoy the features of a free plan. The payment cycle for your Premium plan starts after the free trial ends.
3. What methods of payment can I use?
You can purchase Premium membership through your credit card only. We currently accept payments through Visa, American Express and MasterCard cards. In case you don't have a credit card, contact our Sales Team here. We accept payment via PayPal and direct bank transfers only for Premium users who choose to buy our annual subscription plan.
4.Is there an initial setup fee for my online academy?
WizIQ doesn't charge an initial setup fee for your academy. On the contrary, we provide the required assistance that you need to get your academy up and running. That's complimentary from us!

5. Can I change my online academy plan at any time?
If you think you need something more (or less) than what you signed up for, no problem! You can always change your online academy plan at any time. Contact our Sales Experts with your specific requirements at firstname.lastname@example.org. They will give you the options that are right for you.
6. Do I get to own my content?
We respect content ownership and copyright laws. You can retain ownership of your content and share it with others on WizIQ. We also have some General User Guidelines with respect to content usage on WizIQ, which we expect our users to be mindful of at all times.
