Teaching is more than my job - it's my passion. I want to share my enthusiasm with you. I want to pass on to you my love of English so that you can learn to enjoy English and communicate confidently, correctly and clearly.

For most of my working life I have been in business. Insurance, Basnking and Marketing were my areas of work. Then in 1997 I became Manager of a Community Project. Amongst other things, I helped set up a project to support Asylum Seekers who were coming to seek protection in England. So, I worked with people from African nations, from Kosovo, from Tibet... in fact, from many parts of the world where there was trouble. We taught them English language and helped them to make new lives in England. The work was sometimes hard but definitely very worthwhile.

Now I live in Bulgaria which is in Eastern Europe. Our neighbours are Romania, Turkey, Greece and Slovenia. The language is Slavic, rather like Russian. Not easy to learn! And I have been teaching English here for 6 years. I'm married to a Bulgarian lady - also a teacher!

When not teaching I love to read, to practice photography, to cook, to meet friends and talk about the world! And now i hope to make more friends and find new students on WizIQ.
